Suffolk Meadows was developed by Mr. Viola and Mr. Iuliano from farm and wooded acreage to a 240 dwelling community. The properties are nestled between Nansemond Parkway and Shoulders Hill Road with a railroad right-of-way seperating the East from the West. A large lake on the West side makes for a nice view for several premium lot owners. The homes feature several architectural styles from over a half dozen builders and are currently (2007) appraised from between $290,000 and $420,000.
     In October of 2002, the community transitioned from the developers control to homeowner control with the election of it's first 5 member Board of Directors.
